In 2023, the Ministry of Transport will be assigned a record amount of public investment capital of VND 94,161 billion. The disbursement proportion will fall at the end of the second quarter, gradually increase in the third and fourth quarters and reach a disbursement level of VND 5,000 billion at the end of the year.
