* Job description:

  • Search, create and build new customer sources.
  • Caring for, maintaining and developing relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand and research the market - Control to ensure sales according to policy
  • Synthesize and analyze sales data and prepare periodic reports on demand and product consumption.
  • Evaluate the customer's financial status
  • Manage customer debt

* Job requirements:

1. Education level: Graduated from college/university majoring in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics... or related fields

2. Knowledge and skills:

  • Have basic knowledge of sales methods and customer care.
  • Understanding of economic contract principles and commercial terms.
  • Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of technical characteristics of M60/70 hot solid asphalt, PMB modified asphalt...
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Ability to sense and grasp the psychology of partners and customers.
  • Good communication, information exchange and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation and bargaining skills.
  • Text editing skills.
  • Proficient in using office information software.

3. Work experience:

  • Have at least 02 years working in the sales field.
  • Priority is given to candidates who have experience selling asphalt and industrial products

4. Personal qualities:

  • Have a professional customer service spirit and attitude.
  • Friendly, open, agile, energetic and persuasive.
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking, diligent and patient.
  • Skillful and flexible in all situations.
